Can ANYONE HELP ME when i turn on my flip it say 1HOUR AND43Minutes there is no videos in the flip how can 7minutes be gone when there is NO VIDEOS ON THE FLIP CAN ANYONE HELP
I am struggling to watch my new Flip Mino HD movies FROM ITunes. The color is changing. It did not happen with other NO HD movies I’ve taken with the old Flip Camcorder.
Another tip: it did not happen in my other computer. FYI, Both have the same performances.

I tried this, but it does not automatically download the codec like yours. The Flipshare thing comes up, but thats it. Help?
use ‘render as’ to render the video to wmv
Then upload the wmv to YouTube.
when i finally learned to do this, i uploaded a video to youtube… and they didnt show up in my video.. although they did in sony vegas movie studio hd any help? i’ll post a video responce too

never mind, it works! i had some weird option checked that said mute all video and it blacked out the screen for some reason. thanks!

i have a newer model camera and software. when i plug it in i only have 2 options, then it loads the software. is that the same thing????
I would like to edit my flip video files in Ulead Video Studio 11, but it isn’t compatible. Any suggestions?

Whenever i try to open the software it will always say application error please close the program
I was doing an experiment with youtube files which I downloaded and converted to AVI then passed them on to the flipcam and tried displaying them on the TV using the flipcams TV out lead, but it didn’t work.
BTW I got the files captured using the flip to transfer back to the flipcam, I needed to create a folder for them.
Why are you trying to moving files back to the flipcam?
When I back up my video footage from the flipcam to a folder on my HD then delete the footage from the flipcam, then copy across a file I backed up on my HD back across to the flipcam, its keeps saying ‘Camcorder Empty’

If you import the videos to your computer, and if they play in windows media player and play the audio, but the audio track doesn’t appear in vegas, it means the correct audio codec for rendering is not on your computer.
i watched this video at your request. the small wonder has a similar set up and i run the program and save the videos to the computer the same way you show on the FLip. unfrotunately there is no audio when i import these videos over to vegas movie studio 9. is there a way to get the audio to work?
I don’t use Vista, so can’t help with your question.
You might go to the flip video software page, and see if they have the codec download there.
but what if u have vista because that doesn’t work i dont have that software on the camera but i used to on my xp
